Key responsibilities:

· Support, develop and deliver training modules within the sales force.

- Working with the Team Leaders, develop procedures for any new products that we may implement
- Identify resource requirements, recruit, and develop all internal and external staff within the brokerage. 
- Working with the Team Leaders monitor staff performance and engage in setting Key Performance   Indicators and bonus initiatives 
- Identify and implement key improvements
- Drive a cost management focus in the area
- Contribute actively to management team meetings
 
Ideally you will have:

- Experience in Insurance administration background with a minimum of 5 years
- Previous customer service experience. 
- A working knowledge of the relay system would be an advantage
- The ability to work as part of a management team or own initiative to meet deadlines
- The ability to work to targets, set and motivate the team to achieve targets outlined
- Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner.
- Accuracy and  attention to detail.
- CIP/part CIP qualified would be an advantage
