InjuriesBoard.ie is an independent government body which assesses the amount of compensation due to a person who has suffered a personal injury.  InjuriesBoard.ie is a statutory body which provides independent assessment of personal injury compensation for victims of Workplace, Motor and Public Liability accidents.
This assessment is provided without the need for the majority of current litigation costs, such as Solicitors, Barristers and Experts' fees, associated with such claims. In exceptional cases legal / expert fees may apply and InjuriesBoard.ie examines each case on its own merits. The board assesses the amount of compensation due to an injured party.
