About Young IBA
  Early in 2008 the idea for Young IBA was initiated. It was felt that IBA needed to reach out to broker staff and get them more involved in the Association. A committee was formed which consists of 11 broker members from all over Ireland. The main aims of the Young IBA are to: • Provide advice and assistance in training and education • Help younger members to advance their careers • Make Insurance broking an attractive career path • Establish a social network through events and seminars
